News: First review in + the tour continues
We kicked off the UK Tour of If This Is Normal last week at The Wardrobe Theatre in Bristol and what a delightful experience it was. I couldn’t have asked for anywhere nicer to start off - their technical director Chris was an absolute star, patiently and enthusiastically programming the lights and making sure we had everything we needed. Also, the restaurant/bar attached to the theatre is great, with a cool collection of local beers - both alcoholic and lo/no alcohol options.

However, I do think it was worth the wait as September was a classy as heck month for culture for me and I have lots to tell you about.
April Reading Wrap Up
This month was a delightful one for reading. I found myself constantly engrossed in a one book or another and ended the month with my nose still in about three different novels!
February Culture Wrap Up
If I were writing in the before times the blog would be chock a block with theatre trips or stand-up comedy nights.
Book Review: Expectation
OK, first up, I have to admit that I’m probably the ideal reader for this novel.
Corona Diaries: We Did a Theatre!
When the theatres closed down they did so in a fog of confusion. At first we had no idea that this virus was really coming for us. It was something we were going to be unscathed by.
